Overview - 10 Days
In this second step of our course we ask you to build on what you learned in Step 1 by reading our MPEP Summary. The Summary is a detailed analysis of the most tested material on the exam. This material will also include the newly released Supplementary Guidelines issued by the USPTO that are now on the exam.

You must memorize the content of the 178 page Summary during the next 10 days. This will enable you to fully absorb the questions/answers in the Question Bank material presented in the Step 3.
