Signatures

The signature required for revoking the power of attorney includes:
1. all the owners of the application
2. the individuals in an organization that have the authority to sign on behalf of the organization, such as the President or an officer
3. the registered practitioner
4. an assignee

Correspondence:
1. correspondence will be held with the listed attorney or agent; and
2. an application number must be used to identify a patent application in all correspondence
