Wow, What an honor.  So many people to thank, where to start.  First of all, I would like to thank the homeowners whose notes have gone into default.  Without your misery, our industry would not even exist.  Next, I would like to thank government regulators who turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to the cries of those downtrodden about our abuses.  Next, I would like to thank all of the elected officials who can be bought for a price.  Your ability to accept our money and to ignore your constituency even in their times of trouble is truly amazing.  You're ability to sleep at night and smile at every photo op and to say that you are a person of the people while you line your pockets from corrupt organizations such as ours is an inspiration to us all who have doubts about our cause and our ultimate objective:  To make more money.  But finally, I would like to thank each and every lawyer, particularly bankruptcy attorneys, who see this going on, hear the pleas of their clients to do something and turn a deaf ear.  Or better yet, tell their client that there is nothing that can be done.  Because if you as a group, chose to expose us, we would be put out of business.
